About the Position: 

ESCREO is seeking a Sales Director who will be the main driver behind sales in Bulgaria.  The position involves building and executing sales strategy and managing sales team (consisted of 2 people). His/her work would involve working closely with marketing and operation teams in order to provide the best customer service and contribute to our sales both capitalising on our current customers and attracting new ones. The candidate will be responsible for the fluent communication and better organisation of the sales process, providing new ideas for improving and optimising it. The overall goal of this position is to develop and manage strong relationships with customers, attracting new ones and achieving company growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in sales
  • Ability to clearly communicate with the marketings/operations team and with customers
