About the Internship: 

This individual will have the opportunity to work alongside one of our top sales producers and underwriting team and interact with the business unit for the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, organize meetings
  • Develop on-going relationships with external customers and monitor profitability and quality of submissions
  • Review and familiarize with: policy coverages, company relationships, underwriting and team guidelines, processes, and procedures, company business strategy and organization


  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating in December 2019 or later) or enrolled in a 2-year full-time MBA 
  • Analytical and decision-making skills, basic to intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate successfully
  • Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10-12 weeks (June-August)
