We are looking for self-driven and motivated person for the following position: Expert IT Service Desk
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Provide high quality and efficient first level of support for the bank services and bank applications. Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Troubleshoot desktop computers, printers and peripherals related problems
• Diagnoses, controls and maintains hardware requests and preventive act
• Monitor and control for correct updating of client installations of the basic banking software.
• Installs and maintains client software necessary for the proper operation of major banking applications.
• Coordinates with users the need for technical assistance with IT equipment problems
• Experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues • Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• University degree in the area of Information or related technologies;
• Good Command of English – written and spoken
• VB script, Jscript, ASP, HTML – Advantage
• Advantage Experience in a bank or financial institution is an advantage;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Team player.
