About the position:

A career in our internal Risk Management and Compliance team as part of our Assurance department, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.


Key responsibilities:

-Prepares and administers client engagement letters, annexes and any other applicable engagement related documentation as per the team’s specifics;

-Supports the Risk and Compliance team in reviewing client proposals aiming to identify incompliance;

-Maintains up-to-date information in local Risk Management (RM) databases;

-Supports Risk and Compliance team in performing relationship, independence and Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks to new/existing clients;

-Supports Risk and Compliance team in client acceptance procedures;

-Coordinates actions between RM and Human Capital (HC) teams during internal or external audit checks;

-Supports the HC team in ensuring GDPR, Internal PwC policy or external legal compliance of HR documentation and processes;

-Plays an active role in process optimisation and automation, embracing new technologies and becoming a super user of some.


Requirements:

-Previous experience on Compliance, Admin or other relevant position;

-Excellent command of both written and spoken English;

-Communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to details;

-Proficiency in Excel would be considered an advantage;

-Being proactive and self-driven in problem resolution as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday tasks;
