MINDS was founded in 2013 as a technical Services arm of MiNDS People & Solutions – a staffing & consulting company established 2008 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The accumulation of experience over the years naturally transformed into an enterprise, specifically aimed at outsourcing projects.
