About

Trade Center Europe is a completed multifunctional complex consisting of 16 buildings with a total built area of 75,000 square meters located on a 70 acre plot of land.

The attractive buildings were built to a common design with different functions and diverse architecture. The best and most environmentally friendly materials were used in their construction.

The complex is in a strategic location near to Sofia airport, only 15 minutes away from the city center and 400 meters away from an underground station.

Fast and convenient road connections lead to the "Trakia" and "Hemus" motorways [serving the north and south-east of the country] and all international road transport corridors in the Balkans.

Building 1 in Trade Center Europe is the newest and most emblematic building in the complex, operating since December 2015.

The motto of Trade Center Europe is HOME FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Indeed this is what it became on completion.

The centre is an oasis of calm: a working environment in combination with relaxation areas, comfortable restaurants, gyms, green areas and various additional services.

Uniquely, the complex combines offices, retail and warehouse areas in one and the same building with a walkway connecting them.

Tenants and users can benefit from 3 bank premises, 7 showrooms, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a dry cleaning shop, a hairdressing salon, a

conference hall for 120 people, 5 restaurants including 4 with gardens and a car wash and valeting service.

Trade Center Europe also has the most modern badminton hall in Bulgaria, with 9 courts and a hall with four squash courts.

There is an outdoor car park for 1000 cars and 3 underground car parks in the complex, making the Trade Center Europe one of the few places in Sofia with convenient parking.

The well-designed internal roads, road markings and barriers and the round-the-clock physical and electronic security systems ensure peace of mind, security and order for the tenants.

The infrastructure of Trade Center Europe is open not only to its internal users, but to all residents in the area.

Green building principles were applied in creating the surrounding areas for the sake of a sustainably developing environment.

Features in the recreational areas include artificial lakes with ornamental fish and metal sculptures.

The architectural and artistic layout of the interior of the buildings and the offices in them are designed and tailored individually for each tenant. The offices are equipped with all the required systems and connections, emphasising the use of natural light, harmonious colours and comfort for each workstation.

Trade Center Europe complies with BREEAM, the longest established standard for sustainable and environmentally friendly buildings.

Building 15 is the first BREEAM certified building in Bulgaria.

Building 1 is currently the only building in Bulgaria certified according to the latest BREEAM methodology, divided in two phases: design and performance.

Three Bulgarian companies have invested in the complex, each enjoying excellent reputations and respect in their fields. They operate on a daily basis in the Trade Center Europe, as their offices and warehouses are also located here.

The high level of maintenance and management of the complex, the personal contacts and the easy accessibility for all tenants to the Management and the Investors all contribute to making Trade Center Europe a successful and well-developed project with a high occupancy rate for all business sectors.

The areas of business developed in the complex mainly include information technology, pharmaceutics, logistics, freight forwarding and outsourcing.

As a complex, Trade Center Europe and Building 15 in particular won the prestigious Building of the Year award for 2011.

Trade Center Europe has become a recognised brand in Bulgaria and in Europe  in line with its common vision and development goals. In 2013 the complex received the first Prix d' Excellence award for Bulgaria for a successfully developed real estate project.
