The Foundation Vision for Science and Technology Growth is working on bridging the gap between skills needed on the labour market and education. The tools for this will be Science for Youth Programme, which includes Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) Club, Summer Innovation Classes and Widen Tabakoff Students’ Scholarship Fund.
Creating and attracting talents is the key for knowledge economy success. The Science for Youth Programme is all about creating talents for future growth of companies. Foundation Vision for Science and Technology Growth is developing all these activities with the purpose to spread the knowledge and increasing skills in science, technology, engineering, art and math, as well as team working and entrepreneurship, which are vital for the labour market.
There is a necessity for introducing such programme on a wider base, which we consider will motivate more children to pursue career in technology industries.
